RE:RE:RE:BoD - 4 average 14.5 years - Compare with LT share priceOf course they go with them.   Does not change the fact that it was or will be a compensation expense.   As for whether they are in the money or not, some are, some are not.  Prior to 2020, when they were listed in the US, the SEC required annual disclosure of all share based compensation securities or derivatives held by insiders, and the exercise prices and time frames associated with them all.  The TSX or OSC has no such requirement, so it is an onerous task to try to evaluate the details of these grants.   Another example of lack of transparency at Quarterhill.
