ORAL ORDER Rescheduling Teleconference: The discovery dispute teleconference is rescheduled for January 10, 2022 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time before Judge Jennifer L. Hall. By no later than COB on January 4, 2022, the party(ies) seeking relief shall file with the Court a letter, not to exceed three pages, in no less than 12-point font, outlining the issues in dispute and its position on those issues. By no later than 12:00 p.m. on January 7, 2022, any party(ies) opposing the application for relief may file a letter, not to exceed three pages, in no less than 12-point font, outlining that party's reasons for its opposition.
