the settlement

the settlement wonderful news.

QTRH may start its acquisitions soon since all the uncertainties have gone after the settlement..

The price should be up by at least $ 0.5/s.. considering  the significance of the settlement news, great growth potential of ITS with ETC's unique  standarized interoperability tolling systems and IRD WIM , advanced sensors etc...

The SP is still very cheap to buy in my view..
