08:59 AM EST, 11/08/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Quarterhill Inc. (QTRH.TO), a provider of tolling and enforcement solutions in the Intelligent Transportation System industry, reported Wednesday a third-quarter loss of $0.02 per share, trimming the year-ago loss of $0.08 per share.

Revenue rose to $45.7 million from $42.2 million while adjusted EBITDA increased to $1.9 million from $1.0 million.

"Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA growth in Q3 reflected progress at both our tolling and enforcement businesses as well as the positive impact from the integration actions we have made this year," CEO Chuck Myers said.

The company expects a stronger fourth quarter as certain revenue from two of its tolling projects was pushed into subsequent periods due to scheduling adjustments.
