O the secondary use of fossil fuels as back, also think about restaurants not wanting hydro for cooking, gas is more 'efficient', and homes and businesses having hydro outage backups using propane generators, propane being a bigger pollutant than natgas. Also 25% yes that's 25% of a barrel of oil is not used for fuel production, but other chemicals for nylons, cosmetics, asphalt...what are we going to use on roads? Concrete, which is more polluting than petroleum!!! The list goes on.
