Same reasons why its drifting lower after the report.
There was not enough shown in that report to move the market. Not yet.
Top line moved a little higher.
Was up $13M from last qtr but up only $7M from the 2nd qtr. Not that great.
Gross profit was $11.5M, more or less same as last 2 qtrs. Not that great (relative to revenue).
SG&A, R&D was $10M, little higher than last few qtrs, but lower % of revenue, thats positive.
Then you have the interest expense $2.3M, same as last few qtrs, and so on and so forth.
The backlog is growing and thats really good but did anyone on the call make a forecast on when profitability starts?
No I'm not short the stock. I'm waiting for the turnaround qtr like everyone else.
But I dont believe the market has anything wrong here.
