Rusty Lewis
Rusty Lewis's buys in late 2023 are well known. Earlier this week maak posted that Lewis had bought 122.0K shares in his IRA. A new SEDI filing just appeared showing an additional 84K purchased on Thursday. Lewis now holds, directly and indirectly, 1.45M shares.
Chuck Myers
On joining QTRH, as part of his comp package, Chuck Myers was granted 500K RSU, exercisable in six equal installments, starting in September 2023. Based on his actions to date, his plan appears to be to convert these into holdings in QTRH. In Septemeber 2023, Myers exercised 83.3K RSU of which 49.0K was withheld for tax. In March 2024, Myers purchased 11.0K sahres on the open market and he excersised his second drop of 83.3K RSUs, with 21.0K withheld for tax (reflecting his current residence in Texas vesus California on the first exercise). No shares have been sold; Chuck Myers now holds 87.6K shares.
Other BoD member holdings
Although the BoD members still have several years to meet the minimum share owneship requirement, it seems that they see the timing as opportune to meet the share ownership now, with all except Anderson buying recently. Anderson had already met the share ownership requirement.
