Throughout the years WiLan couldn't do this right being a public company with the likes of Skippen, Parker and all other CEO's that followed including the Board Members were milking the WiLan dry and not doing much of anything right to benefit WiLan. In fact these so called lawyers/CEO's were so incompitent they hired other trial lawyers. You would think the WiLan inside lawyers would know each patent inside out to take the patents to trial and win. Money was so waisted and the Board Members let this happen whyle collecting their pay and stock options. Sickening!!
I don't have anything good to say for the former WiLan senior management but it looks like Owlpoint being private have the key employees that know what their doing!
