good question. i assume not since it was announced after quarter end. if not, that makes for another excellent quarter in Q4

It's a nice thought that the Intel settlement might not be included in Q3 results but the reality surely is that it must be included. The press release was early on October 1. What matters is when the settlement agreement was actually signed which, I would assume, was the previous day. Quarterhill didn't make that kind of $$ from Konica Minolta. If I'm wrong I'll eat a paper copy ...more
