As result of all of the following information I raise the following question?
I believe Motorola is praying for hail mary and successful markman decision and we do not get court date.
With Markman decision, it is questionaable whether they would risk going to court with threat of facing wilfill patent charge. In order to claim wilful infringemnt is a serious and hard to prove case but with previous settment in2011 we obviously have documention and facts to prove 3x damages.
FOR ALL OF THESE REASONS I AM HOPING FOR A LARGE SETTLEMT BEFORE CHRISTMAS .I welcome any comments re my opinion and presented facts.
