WiLan requested a 30 day delay to submit their reply brief.  They will have until January 29.

Seems odd they would delay filing after having so much time to prepare. Perhaps they are close to a settlement. I'm not betting on it, but we can hope.

Scott, Quarterhill's cross appeal delay request is more likely due to the holidays and Covid. It's highly unlikely Apple will pay until they're forced to by the courts.
