Not a problem.   I have $1.5Million riding on this w/ 500k shares. We now know the most likely buyers that led to recent spike.  They must have gotten a copy of the appeal from some of attorneys on this file.  And maybe the delay was to accumulate more shares.   I'd be betting on Lamken too.

Yes, thanks to both vg and cabbie for posting.  It all seems good to me i guess, but the Samsung 'argument' that, if the court decides to apply a rate lower than a certain amount (not sure what that level is but it appears to be well above 45 cents/phone but les than 85 cents) then we would have to pay money back to Samsung, seems to be a weak argument to me.  Just because we ...more

IMO, it would be an injustice to Samsung, who has generally played ball fairly and signed license agreements without much resitance, to end up paying a higher rate than the hostile ...more

A question to v.g. Did you follow through and pick up an additional  100K shares as noted in your earlier post? The reason I ask is because  I would not mind buying more shares myself.
