I think most of us just want to get fair value on this undervalued investment.

It continually fails to live up to its potential and we all replay the same reasons as to why.

All the frustration is fair to be having.

One would think that the Wilan brief -- stating they want the ORIGINAL damage award which is MUCH higher -- would be seen as a positive. Yet nadda SP reaction.  Except down. Bet most havent even bothered reading it.  And if you are a serious investor/fund you think they would have.

Wilander, not surprising.  Yet to assess the Apple rebuttal, but this may just be a matter of interest.  Followers will read the tea leaves after the 3-judge CAFC panel is announced and oral arguments are heard - probably in June. Catalysts are more likely to be a solid Q4, an optimistic view of Q1 and F21 and, most importantly, the next acquisition(s) (although likely a tuck-in, per ...more

Traders will assess two things (1) probability of winning x (2) potential payout. Markets discount 6-9 months in advance.  So you should see the above two factors priced into the stock.  my odds are (1) 95%, (2) 1 or 2 Billion.   But I have done deep research into CAFC review of Sabaw's cases and the company and what the licensing rate means to all 4G units.   The ...more

Not really, I for one dont use ANY moving average at all!  Step back for a minute and look at the big picture! Yesterday had nothing to to do with 10 day MA AND ALL TO DO WITH the power of the brokers! At will they get the price to where they want in! This case 2.92, funny how miraculously recovered! 10c discount! Funds need $5 SP min to buy? That is when we could really move! Looks strong ...more
