Quarterhill Reports a “Strong” 2020 Amid the COVID Recession, Including Several Settlements and Multiple Large Portfolio Acquisitions

Quarterhill Inc. released its Q4 and 2020 financial results this week, reporting decreased year-over-year patent licensing revenue but several new license agreements as well as multiple acquisitions of large operating company portfolios. The company’s slower fourth quarter followed a surge in licensing revenue in Q3, which management characterized at the time as Quarterhill’s “best quarter” in three years.

Great news Cabby, lets see if 2.00 is in the works for such a great performance..... More likely taking on piles of debt so our valuation may see 50 cent yet.........   All the pumping by the newsletters and "BENJI" got investors what they're used to F ALL.....

Guess people don't want to be paid to wait.  7 years of cumulative dividends gone since earnings announcement.  Looks like the market will find support at 200DMA as I predicted.  Only $0.15 to go.

The paltry dividend isn't keeping many around. My thoughts are that Paul Hill needs to get something done, we wasted over a year with Parker at the helm and its looking like dejavu all over again.

I couldn't agree more Barney.  Right now we have 2 divisions and 1 MO with headwinds: Wilan with lumpy earnings.  Since teh market looks at the quarterly picture, this is a problem;  IRD - the flagship in QTRH's ITS strategy...today, QTRH an ITS acquisition company with little to no acquisitions; and Long term vs. short term - QTRH is operating on long term
