If they had this plan in place, your concern is mute. You may be required to wait until the next time your company’s “trading window” is open before you can sell your shares, which may be a few days

The corporation is owned by shareholders.  The big point is this: Disclosure to shareholders must be fair. QTRH no longer lists on the NYSE.  They are governed by the Ontario Securities Commission.

Qrthf trades on the otcqx and is governed by the SEC.   Companies listed on the OTCQX markets have to follow certain rules and criteria and are subject to SEC regulation.

FINRA  regulates the broker dealers who operate on the OTC market.  They do not regulate companies who are listed on those exchanges.
