Another  wall at $2.50, controlling the price increase to a steady, sustainable return to where it should be.

I am not pumping or bashing the stock.  I want fairness and timely disclosure. My view is that has not happened.

Rather than posting your inquiry here ask Paul Hill, I can share his email with you. Ask him about if theses below requirements were met by these individuals?  Such as the 10b5-1 trading plan. If they had this plan in place, your concern is mute. You may be required to wait until the next time your company’s “trading window” is open before you can sell your shares, which may be a few days ...more

Message me his email. I think some of the posts are more relevant for the long term than cheering or jeering the shares or share price. Also,, I do not think SEC governs QTRH. The corporation is owned by shareholders.  The big point is this: Disclosure to shareholders must be fair. Pre announcing Q3, four weeks in advance, and then sitting on news of 450k of Q4 licensing revenue for nearly ...more

QTRH no longer lists on the NYSE.  They are governed by the Ontario Securities Commission.

Qrthf trades on the otcqx and is governed by the SEC.   Companies listed on the OTCQX markets have to follow certain rules and criteria and are subject to SEC regulation.

FINRA  regulates the broker dealers who operate on the OTC market.  They do not regulate companies who are listed on those exchanges.
