I've pointed this out... the accumulation has been constant over the past three weeks.  Any dip has been consumed.  They threw up the ask wall at 2.56 - 2.58 to help shake any shares free.   Very few weak hands at this point.  CMF turned positive yesterday.  10 day moving average crossed 200 DMA today amd will cross the 50 DMA tomorrow.  The groundwork for the

You're right v_g, there are not many sellers.  In fact, I believe that the NCIB is responsible for most of the buying the dips.  The share price is wound very tight.

The growth is shrinking year over year. and the IP business for NPEs is close to extinction and will be finalized when Biden's new director of the USPTO moves in to complete what Ms. Lee left behind. I would like to point out that two of the most recent positive posts (Cabbie and mine) were removed.  But somehow this drivel remains.   I'll say it again here.  The technicals point to accumulation and a breakout to the upside is building.   The best predictor of this stock has been the charts and the news starts to show up in the charts before the announcements.

It looks like someone is taking every positive post and reporting as abusive content.   I've heard about this as a tactic as "social media" inputs from chat rooms are being included in machine learning algorithms for momentum trading strategies. There is also a person that constantly posts on stocktwits negative comments every day.   It has been amping up as the
