Smart Wearable Technologies Inc. is company that alleges infringement on a Patent issued 882.  information shows patent issued in 2006.

Latest event of Smart Wearables Inc. shows 2021 05 2021 addition of Michael Vladescu as Chief Executive Officer.  case shows filed 04/18/17.  Michael Valdescu on QTRH Board.??
Another case requested for jury trial.  Was Michael Valdescu responsbile for patent???

Cabbie-What comments do ou have re Wilan's  Smart Technologies Inc case. My brief reseach shows that fitness tracking device by microsoft brand has been reported to increase from 2 billion in 2014 to 5 billionin 2019. Could this be another major case with large dollars in future.?

Save me a lot of time Astutein, what is the source of your info. I recall Smart Wearable Tech's action against Fitbit was several years ago and it was dismissed, on summary judgment, with prejudice. Dud you look for the docket on Docketbird or RPX?
