This is how mentally defective certain shaky QTRH investors are.  

Selling now you assume:
- The settlement w/ Motorola fails and litigation is back on.  That would be a first ever for WiLan asking for a "stay".  Never happened before in 10 years.
- 0% chance of Apple settlement.  0% chance of WiLan prevailing on twice litigated patent with two jury verdicts.  With a judge that has been affirmed 95% of the time.  

-WiLan loses Amazon, Microsoft, Google IPA cases

- WiLan loses Apple cases in Germany (even though WiLan prevailed against NVidia)

Opportunity of a lifetime.  Why pay more after the news releases?
