The source that said Qualcomm is behind the scenes given both lawsuits on Motorola and Apple were on the same chipsets, suggested the following...
If there is an Apple settlement in the works, Quarterhill will provide a full year Revenue and EBITDA projection inclusive of Apple. They will not do a quarterly announcement. If they do them all together it will remain unclear how much Apple or Motorola or Qualcomm are paying. That would be valuable to all parties involved.
