IRD it appears to be RUNNING ON HIGH GEARS in last months based on the following reported by QTRH in last 6 months.

In Q2 report Pauls stated IRD performed solid and in Q2 reported  $2.7 EBIDA and YTD  4.2 million .
5 news release reported at total of $ 23.2 million in signed contracts for last six months.as follows:

I suppose if there is no good news on a particular day, just repeat good news from last six months, and while doing so leave out key facts, such  as 3 of the 5 contracts being over 4 to 5 years (including the largest - NYS - which is over 5 years). Is this information sharing, or is it manipulation?

You know this is going to break out, right?  It is just a matter of time.   Always takes a few battle rams to take down a significant milestone like $3.  Then it becomes a massive support level.  Third time is the charm, I think. Golden cross today.  Always preceded the big moves in the stock.  Can't tell you the exact day, but this is the time to be

My view is there will be a break out if the Apple outcome is positive. While the odds may be in QTRH's favour, there is still some risk.  It could be that the value of Wilan (Apple, other cases, the patent business and just some of the cash, because Wilan needs a significant cash balance to operate)  is not fully reflected in the SP. But rarely do share prices reflect the fair value

Shareholders, isn't IRD's performance already reflected in results.  I don't quite grasp your point.  On Wilan, definitely the market will respond to a favorable license or settlement with Apple, Micron, Amazon, Google, Mocrosoft, etc.  These are potential windfall events.  QTRH has already stated that the Wilan business, under normal operating conditions, can be
