Interesting trade that was

In selling my add on, while 3 were 500 share lots, the rest were all 100 share lots.  Who is buying an under $3.00 stock in 100 share lots?  15 of them.

I told you. and CIBC isn't a whole lot better most days Watch the tape and what they do. buy 100 shs every 60 sec. sell 100 shs every 60 sec in chunks at a time. Not the pattern one would ...more

It is just high frequency trading.  They do lots of small drip feed purchases.  They make money pennies at a time, but when done over thousands of stocks, they can make a lot of money.  With our stock above all key moving averages and in a bullish golden cross setup combined with it outpacing the TSX returns recently, this typically attracts momentum algo's as well.   & ...more
