I am not sure how to read into it today, but it does seem the judges dont want to send ot back for a third trial. So, at least that bodes well?

And I didnt hear anything significant from Apple that a retrial should be granted.

if quarterhill believes it didnt go well, we will see them use the shelf prospectus sooner than they expect the oral hearing results. to take advantage of the strong stock price that we are sitting at now rather than see it drop from this.
