Paul Hill will make off like a bandit. He has 1.2 million options. After the market prices in these developments he will walk away with $4 Million for being a 1.5 yr rental CEO and putting together the ETC transaction. The issue is there was no need for a corporate structure. They were resistant to sell WiLan to keep their jobs. The BoD rectified that with this ...more

These are signs of maturity within board and upper mngmt......... Need the Laser beam focus with expertise ASAP so the new CEO was a no brainer . Paul laid the groundwork BUT just dont have the tool box needed. Without him and his "moves" we would be still at 2 bucks or less.... market WILL like news and me thinks the signalls came from there..........

Yeah, Paul made out like a bandit on this deal just like Skippen and all others scammingall the way. So much money spent on patents and never monetized. Now new CEO wants to concentrate on transportation, so what do we do with all the other patents. Of course sell them 10 cents on the dollar. They're all crooks at Quarterhill and they'll make sure any money is gone before giving ...more

Monte, you are wrong about the patents' value. Wilan has not been buying many patents since 2017. Most patents acquisition announcements were via the partnership model. A divestiture will unlock the value of both the partner relationships built over the past many years and its first rate human capital in the IP monetization space.
