apple funds quick if successful Result at CAFC

If we get success decision at CAFC Apple will have little time to delay payment.  Reson below:

Apple has agreed IN TEXT OF STAy to be bound by decision Of CAFC.  Apple only option is to file petition  for court to hear  EN BLANC HEARING.  in order to file for hearing the petition must begin with a statement that either:
1.  The decision conflicts with a decision of US SUPREME COURT.
2.  One or rmore questions of exceptional importance if it involves an issue with conflicts  authorit         authoritive  decision ofthe US COURT OF APPEALS.

A decision re calculation of damages IMO does not meet 1 and 2.or chances of successful en blanc hearing very low or non-existent IMO>

Therefore referal back to Judge should give us final judgement within approx 45 days or Apple has agreed to supply update information re iphone 7 upwards on interim basis.

Give us successful result, and our pay day is around the corner.  Constant delays are over and payday here.

Give us decision by end of January and Apple done.  No settlement needed.   Time is running out for Apple to settle as after decision no need for Wilan to wait for funds.

Cabbie- We all read actual text of stay and make our own analysis. On my Dec11/2021 analysis I accepted and quoted your four points on reading the text of stay. On point  2 of four you stated the following: Apple agrees to be bound by the CAFC decision if negative to their position and not to appeal to Scotus. On conclusion you stated we should have our money within 60 days or sooner.( IMO)

Astutein, nowhere in the document do I see an agreement to not appeal to the SCOTUS. The ability to request an en banc hearing by the full CAFC panel is always available. Once the appeals are exhausted, Apple, if the losing party, must pay within 30 days. There is no referral back to the district court regarding iPhones 8 and newer.
