What really does amaze me, with the Apple decision becoming so long on the tooth and therefore potentially and inevitably pending, so very soon, why would anyone sell into what might be it's rally? Even at the absurd, it'd have to be worth more than 2 to 8 cents.

Thats what happpens redcoats, when no one knows about you. Those that do, get the advantage. Remember, the investor presentations werent even really about wilan. seems the Apple thing has been going on for so long its been forgotten. Look like a buying opportunity for some. ;)

my point is if there is sellers, its probably the ones seeing the two expected ITS deals still havent happened and doubt creeps in or the sellers are newer to QRTH and arent even aware of the Apple scenerio its so old. lol sellers arent the ones who know apple is near. the well informed been here awhilers, that is. ;)

My position, IPGutcsi, is take whatever it is, whenever it happens, and move on. That's precisely what the BoD has FINALLY decided in announcing on 15-Dec-2021 the ITS pure play direction and the Wilan strategic review. As far as Apple timing is concerned, ask Wilander.

changed? no,not completely. thinking of leavng a chunk active here after apple. but i will sell some. will sell all though, if i dont see those two ITS deals completed before the apple news or very very shortly after. I see myself as more on the fence now, rather than cut and run after apple. but the leash isnt long.

Two have been completed. I posted about the second one last week, although no presser was released. The amount was in the ~$22M USD range. I confirmed that it was one of the three. One is still outstanding. Recall that some cannot be announced without agency approval.

sorry, the contract has not been finalized. It's in the final negotiation phase and is expected to be completed in Q1. Covid has been a complicating factor in timely completion.
