If th numbers don't work, adjust them.  That's the motto of these incessant cheerleaders.  The fact is the two ETC contacts are for 6 and 9 year terms, with total REVENUE of just around $11 million per year.  At 20% margin that would give them less than 2 cents in earnings per year.  Hardly worth even talking about.  But Cabby and the boys will spread the BS that it will end up being $900 million in revenue as changes are requested, so everyone should be buying.
