Well... I would say our investor relations department hasn't been too competent as of late. Yes, there should be a halt as this is material.  Then all the downgrades and target price cuts from the analysts follow tomorrow. You can read the judgment in 10 mins.   Apple infringes.  Intel is included in retrial.  Will be a much smaller damages award as the court

Another trial and another CAFC appeal is 24 months away. Also expect a much smaller damages rate.  Dreams of $0.45/unit are over.  Maybe a $0.05 given the steal we gave Vertu and Unecto. This really sucks, I know.  The CAFC sides with Apple again.

I guess the positive is that they added Intel Iphones to the new damages. They will sell Wilan before the new trial. I guess the short term value of the shares now depend on how much they get for the patents. The acquirer will go on with the Apple case.
