They should halt

I know it will take their lawyers hours to agree on the simple paragraph in the news release, but not halting is pretty foolish. All of us who sold around 11 am had an advantage over all the shareholders who don't even know the news yet.

But really, given the new direction of the company and pending sale of Wilan, this is not a huge deal. sell wilan for for $150M-$200M and move on. invest the money into ITS. It also does not change the $400M investment in ITS over 5 years.

I guess it all depends on what they will get in the sale of Wilan. Anything under $150M would be underwhelming since Apple is still pending. If they get $150M+, then even at $2.50 the stock is cheap.
