The blackout policy has changed. Under normal circumstances, insiders can now buy up until the end of the quarter and are then in blackout until the results of that quarter are released. That opens ~8 additional weeks per year for insider trading.

Nice , thanks for posting. I told myself not to buy anymore shares but got the fever and added more today as well.

Great regarding Myers. He has ~79k shares from his RSUs, after withholding tax. So it's great to see him put his own cash in as well. Myers should hold over 80k now. This level of Insider buying should send a big signal to the market and possible investors.

CORRECTION - fat fingers on my phone. Myers had about 70K shares, net after withholding tax, from 83K RSUs awarded in September 2023 and 83K in March 2024. The 11K purchased on the open market brings his total QTRH holding >80K
