How much does it cost to list a company on the Nasdaq?
 
A company seeking to list on Nasdaq must pay an entry fee, a portion of which constitutes a non-refundable application fee. Nasdaq Global Select and Global Markets. Entry fees are a flat fee of US$295,000, which includes an application fee of US$25,000. Nasdaq Capital Market.Jan 1, 2024     l believe it might be worth the cost. GL

In addition to the application fees as you've noted Tcad, the annual listing fees on NASDAQ's Global and Global Select markets are $53K - $183K.  This compares to the current cost of $15K - $25K on the OTCQX board.  That should not be a deterrent imo. QTRH does not meet the minimum bid of $4, but there are exceptions, plus other strategies that address this threshold.  ...more

Had some time to kill so............. No Nasdaq listing unless stock price above $ 3.00 ........... could happen by year end............it costs about 1 million per year according to mgmt........

With a solid story to present, it would be an appropriate expenditure.  I believe QTRH is there, or very near there.
