100mill, your post motivated me to check the mail. Nothing. Ant surprises in the voting sheet?

There were no surprises. Voting is for directors, auditors and compensation.

The compensation strategy and plan on pages 24 - 31 is a must read.  Significantly more at-risk performance comp aligns key staff with shareholders' interests.  Options are gone.  I will vote FOR. As far as specific personel are concerned, based on the numbers in the MIC, Mike Childress looks like a star and Kevin Holbert appears to be on notice.
