RE:RE:RE:Exit or accumulation
The tender offer is stated on the Newswire post is in Cdn$.   On the issue of the buyout....and my rejection of the valuation, I don't see how you could have valued RDM as you did ....to the certainty that you state.  RDM is as fintrac infrastructure growth company so is virtually no way of determining future value using regular metrics .....given the income statement is totally dependent on negotiating future contract services..  Again note the latest balance sheet which showed the majority of asset value is booked cash..all from fee for service.  This company showed 31 million$ cash with 23miillion diluted shares on 09/2016 or more than 1$/share of undistributed profit to shareholders.  The buyout is basically giving me a .60$ a share over the Feb 12 value ....using 'my'  undistributed cash.  The Board has not acted in the best interests of the minority or the non instituional shareholder..  The tender offer does not reflect the future of the company given the most recent statements of the CEO.  I can not speak to a previous post about acrtivists investors pushing the takeover, but I have to question why the Board acquiesed so readily.
