RE:RDM Blog post - Investorfile

RE:RDM Blog post - InvestorfileGood on you...for being.able to spot the bottom after the 2007 crash with RDM droppinh300% but I don't see anything in your guidance warning your investors about the impending 2007 drop. Given the fact that you made a huge chunk of change on this trade, you going to offer us a year of free subscription?  Just messing with you.... ;)    For the rest of us mortals out here, the market large scale buy from institutional activity didn't show up until 2014 and early 2015 when the company started to show true economic and financial stability ....check  financial statements...that is when most of the street started their buy in.  Before that move by the market  RDM was strictly a long bet. ...because the financials between 2010 to 2015 were marginal.   RDM became an investment  when most  advice started to recognize investment vs risk potential only 3 years ago.  The here and now?? The RDM buyout price is a too low....nothing in the financials would get make me to change that position.  I just can't understand why there has been no other interest in RDM from other parallel companies.  DH just got taken out with huge debt after the short sellers basically destroyed the company and also just doubled their profit with this take out.  RDM was solid...no short sellers....no negatives. So....RDM's financials were in a lot better shape than DH's........yet DH buy out was 25% above last close....the same as  for RDM.   A company up to their armpits in debt like DH has a 25pct premium offer in the market price just the same as RDM that us up to their armpits in Cash and virtually debt free.  How does this make sense?   Ergo my questions about  Board guidance and motives on RDM's take out.    DH buyout makes sense...RDM...total nonsense!   So Mr Wimmer... you get to gloat on your 500% RDM guidance....and the rest of us are left out here scratching our heads wondering what just happened?
