Fairly Valued

Hate to say it but the current SP for REAL represents fair value for the stock given the company's inability to meet street expectations in recent quarters and (most importantly) its failure to demonstrate dramatic growth in the top and bottom lines.

REAL will not be able to achieve 30X-35X SP multiples until it closes these gaps.  Therefore, 25X expected earnings represents fair value at the moment.

JMHO and don't shoot the messenger!

You are probably right, but I beleive we're buying a good company at a fair price. By continueing to create lots of cash flow, that growth will go straight to bottom line and they have the upside potential of meeting those growth targets. As well as buying back shares currently. I think this stock is down currently with yields rising. That will hurt this company most. So taking a bet on low ...more

"that growth will go straight to bottom line" They had exponential growth. It's just slowing. Share buybacks is supporting the slowing growth. Eg. if they didn't buy back shares the numbers would reveal the true changes. New business will get them back on track. Or one just has to be satisfied with the levelling of their current high level of growth. Perhaps expectations are ...more
