Had a big position in SRU, smaller one in REI. With the high intterst to stay with us for 2024 . Theses interest rate sensitive stocks will go down much further. It is not like COVID. I should have

Hi Frankie, The problem with SRU vs. REI or FCR which are in the same industry is the average rent $ per sq ft. SRU on the surface looks great because Walmart is a huge tenant.
