If these guys have a reasonable level of confidence of condo sales they should lever up now on NCIB rather than buy 10% higher later in year

BREAKOUT ON CHARTS

Need a good REIT DAY if that ever comes and this will 3x the gain to $18-18.50.   might sell a good chunk at 18.50 jus cause i loaded up at 17ish for the rebound trade

Ten years ago, RioCan was trading at $30, about 20% above its NAV at the time. Anyone buying at that level was clearly overpaying, ignoring basic valuation metrics. So if your losses stem from that ...more

Lol a secondary b class mall reit with far subquality properties has a 1% lower yield 5.85% versus 6.85% i closed my eyes and bought just now...really tired of buying reits, want a bounce to SELL!~
