Ten years ago, RioCan was trading at $30, about 20% above its NAV at the time. Anyone buying at that level was clearly overpaying, ignoring basic valuation metrics. So if your losses stem from that

Lol a secondary b class mall reit with far subquality properties has a 1% lower yield 5.85% versus 6.85% i closed my eyes and bought just now...really tired of buying reits, want a bounce to SELL!~
