After 2nd wave England has shutdown everything now 4 months. Here we open and close. There are no thinking what they open. Retail such as malls , hair saloon , nail saloon are open. In England none of those are open and will be open in phases as of April 27th. 

 

Failure of government at all level in understanding COVID is very clear. England learned the hard way. They will not have a 3rd wave but the time they open everything in June.. Most people will be vaccinated.  

 

Health care system in countries like England, Germany , France and so on is much more superior than Canada with vast number of hospitals across the countries. These countries the federal government is on the control not like like Canada. Trudeau does not want to take responsibility using his authorizes. Hopefully we will be in complete lockdown for at least 3 months till most of us can get 1 shot of vaccine. Otherwise we are losing the battle with COVID real fast.
