I think the market is looking to a rosy Q3 report from most reits- 90%+ rent collections, things stabilizing, etc. NO MORE LOCKDOWNS!!!!!!!!

Those Q3 calls can't come fast enough!!! Should be around Nov.12th and they'll announce the official date next week.

i wouldn't be so sure. It's full court press by public sector workers to shutdown so they get to go home and do nothing. I firmly believe it is war now between people that have to work for a living and the public sector.
