Bank Earnings
I think a postiive results from bank earning will lift REITS. Any thought on this?

i think it will help if they are good and I expect they will be. Most importantly is the money set aside for bad debt. This was supposed to be a depression, and it wasn't anywhere near that and as such, they will report far less bad debt than expected. As such, shows business is kick stronger than expected and is good for REITS
