It has BAM and will take it privately also have great Div,
REI has very litmited potiential and more bad news will surface after ED is retired.

If BPY gets down to $15-16, it would be a fantastic buy. Not sure it will go that low, but if BAM stopped being such a good parent company and stopped buying up shares it might have to chance to trade within that range.
