Don't seem to be acting to these rising "case" counts or strickest every lockdowns. What gives? Maybe smart $ knows its all a political scam at this point?

It could be as you said but there is alot of money on the sidelines currently.

Maket is always forward looking . If we can not get the cases down and vaccinating people at faster rate REITS will be punished but for now. We can see June as a time we can look forward to as things will gradully return to normal.
