I added more now I get 210K on Feb 1st. Ex-div is Monday. Time is running out for others to make good money.

Besides, REITs don't pay dividends, the do cash distributions, for which we don't get dividend tax credit.

You need to check the company recent financial about the sales of their bicye department. I do expect some 7-8 drop but it recover very fast with shares buy back. TD current price target is 35. Check it out.
