150K on Feb 1st

on 10k shares. Love it. I might go for 20K shares which is 300K div . Name the stock and first right person can shoot snakeboy

Besides, REITs don't pay dividends, the do cash distributions, for which we don't get dividend tax credit.

You need to check the company recent financial about the sales of their bicye department. I do expect some 7-8 drop but it recover very fast with shares buy back. TD current price target is 35. Check it out.
