The announcement says "The working interests in the purchased acreage range between 50% to 100%". Let's be conservative and say the average is 65%. This will take the added NPV down to $69.5M ($107M x 0.65), or about $0.7/share. As well, the run on the stock started at about $3.90. Adding $0.7 to this, the stock is now worth (all things being equal) about $4.60 ($3.90 + $0.7). Larsen6
