In any event. ARC has all the information they need to buy. The only other reason to put down wells right beside RMP's lands is to siphon off the oil, and I hope that is not the case. I am not a reservoir engineer, but I hope that this is not possible, at least not to a degree that is impactful.
Personally, I would take $8 at this point. $9 would be great though.
