Additional Production Coming Online

Additional Production Coming OnlineOnce the new Ante Creek - Waskahigan pipeline comes up, RMP should be able to pump another 500 boepd of gas from the Ante Creek lands.  This is give or take, as the amount will depend upon which of their Ante Creek wells they place on line.  This will be a nice addition to their gas cashflow.

What will be equally significant to gas cashflow is whether they can get the recent 2,000 boepd Grizzly well up on competitor facilities.   If so, and let's say that they turn it up at 1,000 boepd, then knowing that the mix is about 50% at present, this would add another 500 boepd of gas flow at today's prices.  Choking back, I would speculate that the ratio might be 60%/40% or higher in favour of the gas..

Not a bad day when all this gets going at the end of this month or early in March.  By then the huge AECO spot prices will have subsided, but even getting high $4's for the rest of the year will be great for the bottom line.
