Pembina will conduct clean-up activities along the right-of-way and hydrostatic testing prior to placing the pipeline into service in the third quarter of 2014. With this expansion, Pembina expects to be able to deliver an initial 40 mbpd into its Peace Pipeline from Fox Creek into Edmonton once the crude oil and condensate Phase II Expansion is complete.'
