I saw you on the BBI board thought this might have been what you were talking about. I have both so we shall see where they go. I'm in at a reasonable price here (still not even) so within striking distance of making money. I agree the comments I have heard from people in some of the companies you have mentioned above have been positive on neighboring properties.
