and a bought deal was over subscribed for $1.41 just in March of 2016......the Montney play is worth alot of money...the current price is a steal and will hopefully be rewarded with a takeover or merger or sale of assets to really unlock the excellent value in the company.

management purpose is to unlock the value....most analyst have 1 year targets of range of $1.50 to $2.00.....so split in the middle maybe $1.75 as first offer would be nice.....the value of the land location is evident and proven resource with production around 8400 to get over 9000 soon.....with a nav of $2.70 they may not take a low ball offer but perhaps hope to either sell some assets or do
