Wow! That's a major transaction, $114 million. It's a smaller company now but debt free and some liquidity to develop Waskahigan and Gold Creek. I can't wait for market reaction.

$26k per flowing! Brutal! That's right in line with Gordondale which was even more gassy! Looking like the market already knew....hence the sell off Friday.

Here we go. The clown that was claiming RMP was buried under debt now tries to go after the sale metrics. Take a look at how LXE has performed after cleaning up their balance sheet and being debt free.

Just to clarify I was the one bashing the clown who brought up the debt overhang. You have to admit the metrics are pretty weak, that being said I will be a buyer if the SP falls.

The price is holding so far, while most E&Ps are down. It's up to the management now and the price of oil and gas. At least the fear factor is not here any more.

br />LXE is a good example. I haven't looked to deep at them but looking at the Q2 on tsx they have done well in recovering the sp. They also have less production then RMP even after this sale if Ante Creek. Hopefully in a year with increased oil price RMP will do just as well.

LXE's Market Cap is about 3x higher than RMP's. It has little production but cash on hand and more than half of it will be spent by year end. Looks like the market likes their liquids rich assets and probably betting it's a takeout candidate. That didn't happen to RMP and I understand the frustration.
