Hope Q2 Better Results

The company reset itself some time ago. Rome was not built in one day, i hope this is the case here too.


Will see what the Q2 will bring about.

Agree 100% petrerns.  The $23MM net debt is only a bit of a surprise...after all the drilling/completion/tie-in activity between Q4 & Q1 I was thinking there was going to be a bit of red on the balance sheet.  Getting cashflow started is always the most challenging and expensive part of a large project - the good news is that growth happens much more cheaply and quickly afterwards ...more

I am not surprised about $23mm debt - building Elmworth infrastructure plus drilling and completing 3 wells (including 1 Waskahigan well) doesn't come for free. I think the current share price weakness is due to old memories brought back by looking at Q1/17 vs Q1/16 table. Such a miserable performance is hard to duplicate and forget.   Nothing new however as far as existing ...more

I noticed the same information deficiencies.  Possibly 8-25 isn't going to the new battery but is being tied into the infrastructure RMP acquired from CKE last year.  Also not a peep on the new 1000 boed Waskahigan well tie-in/startup.  Still I take some comfort in the 4500 boed 2nd half production forecast so something must be getting done.  Great questions for ...more

8-25 is 6 miles to the west of the battery and they are deciding the most cost-effective way to tie that in.  This is directly from management.  It won't be tied in as quickly as the other two wells.

Looking at last year's June 2016 presentation there's a slide (pg 22) that has a map showing the 1-23-68-4 compressor site and associated pipelines (~23 km's worth @ 87.4% w.i.) acquired from CKE.  I would assume such a high working interest also includes operatorship of said facilites.  Part of the gathering system connected to the compressor crosses the entire south ...more
